About Northgrove
Homes out here are pushing thirty to forty years old now. That doesn’t sound ancient but thirty five years of Mesa hard water through copper pipes, thirty five monsoon seasons on the same roof, and AC systems that run hard from April through October adds up. The infrastructure in these homes is at the age where things start to quietly fail. Not dramatically. Not with any warning. Just a pinhole in a wall or a fitting that finally gives under a slab and suddenly water is going somewhere it has no business being.
Northgrove homeowners tend to be attentive to their properties. People here know their houses. The problem is water damage in homes this age hides well. It builds behind surfaces and under floors long before anything visible shows up. By the time it does show up it’s usually been going on for a while.
